Delete Your Rew Account

You can permanently delete your Rew account and associated account data in the app by opening Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion using the fallback form on this page.

To protect your account, we may send a confirmation email to the email address connected to your Rew account before completing a request submitted through this page.

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your profile, study materials, study progress, companion messages, usage credits, and other account-related data.

What We Delete

When your deletion request is confirmed, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your Rew account, including:

  • Account profile information
  • Study topics, cards, answers, progress, scores, and streaks
  • Companion profile information and companion messages
  • Uploaded study files or content connected to your account
  • Active login sessions and authentication data
  • App usage data connected to your account

Information We May Retain

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, purchase verification, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

For example, purchase and transaction records may need to be retained to verify payments, prevent fraud, or comply with platform and legal requirements.

Deleting your Rew account does not automatically cancel or refund an active subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through the applicable store before deleting your account.

Request Account Deletion

If you cannot use the in-app deletion flow, submit the fallback form below using the email address connected to your Rew account.

After You Submit

After we receive your request, we may contact you by email to confirm ownership of the account. Once confirmed, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable period of time.
